The Cash Rewards for purchasing a home ("Buy Side Cash Rewards") are in the form of a check issued within 30 days of closing. Consumers in Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Oregon and Tennessee will receive a gift card at closing. Buy Side Cash Rewards for consumers located in Alabama will be issued at or before closing. Buy Side Cash Rewards are not available in Missouri, Nebraska and Utah.
The Cash Rewards for selling a home ("Sell Side Cash Rewards") are in the form of a reduced real estate commission disclosed on the Closing Disclosure. Sell Side Cash Rewards are not available in Nebraska and Utah.
